ABOUT   |   CLASSES  |  COHORTS

The Summit Equipping Institute (SEI) exists to equip people with a deeper understanding of the Gospel, the Bible, theology, and leadership development in order to grow as disciples, and to do the work of ministry.

In Ephesians 4:12-13, Paul calls the leaders of the church “to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” The SEI serves as a foundational tool for the equipping ministry of Summit Crossing - Limestone.

Through the SEI, we offer church-based biblical and theological education that is gospel-saturated, theologically rich, practical, and studied in community. Our hope is for participants to grow in an understanding and appreciation of the Gospel, gain practical insights for ministry, and develop as leaders.

What and Who is it For?

  1. Theological Deepening - anyone who wants to grow in an understanding of the Bible, theology, and the gospel would benefit from any of the Institute’s offerings.
  2. Leadership Development - anyone who is leading or desires to lead will benefit from the Institute.
  3. Ministry Training - anyone who wants to be equipped for the work of ministry or mission (vocational or not) is encouraged to participate in the Institute. You will be particularly encouraged to take the courses and available cohorts.
